Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive results, manage costs, inventory, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance and punctuality.

You will recruit, develop and retain staff, oversee food safety, deliver best-in-class customer service and work to increase sales and profit potential. Prior management or supervisory experience and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar role (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
