Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Farmington, NM. You will drive results by controlling costs, managing inventory, ensuring food safety, maintaining image standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will recruit and develop staff, schedule effectively, and monitor P&L, labor, and food cost while upholding safety and compliance. Ability to lead by example and motivate a fast-paced team is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
