Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store performance, drive sales, manage costs, and uphold food quality and image standards.

You will recruit and develop a front-line team, ensure safety, and deliver best-in-class customer service while mentoring staff to meet goals.

This role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and hands-on P&L awareness to optimize labor and profitability in a busy environment.

Qualifications
