Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations in Albuquerque, ensuring top customer service, staff development, and adherence to food safety and brand standards. You will drive sales growth, manage expenses, and foster a productive team environment.

This leadership role requires a hands-on manager who can recruit, train, and retain staff, oversee P&L, labor, and food costs, and model accountability while delivering results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience or similar (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
