Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in New Mexico seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and mentor the team.

You will ensure food safety and team member safety, deliver best-in-class customer service, and actively manage costs, inventory, and sales growth.

Strong leadership, accountability, and teamwork are essential to achieve store goals and uphold Domino's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of management experience or similar leadership role.

• Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
