Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! seeks a General Manager in Dallas to lead daily store operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, uphold food safety standards, and manage costs to maximize profitability.

Ideal candidates bring prior management experience in fast-food, strong communication, and the ability to lead by example. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a fast-food or quick-service restaurant is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage customer service and store operations.
• Ability to lead with accountability and drive results.

• Oversee store operations and drive results including cost controls and inventory.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
