Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Eureka, MO is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, manage costs, inventory, food quality, safety, and team member development while driving sales and profitability.

You must lead by example, recruit and train staff, ensure attendance and punctuality, and maintain high image standards. Prior management or QSR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in fast food/QSR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
