Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Operations Leader in Aransas Pass, TX to drive results across cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, and staff attendance.

You will recruit, develop, and retain a capable team; oversee food safety and team member safety; and provide best-in-class customer service while increasing sales and profits.

This role requires leadership by example and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar leadership position.
• Customer service experience is required.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Fast food/quick service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
