Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations with a focus on delivering top customer service and strong team performance. This role requires hands-on leadership, accountability for results, and the ability to drive sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety and inventory controls, and uphold image standards while maintaining excellent communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Management experience or similar role required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
