Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Bonham, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead the store, guide daily operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will manage costs, inventory, food quality, image standards, and safety while coaching a team to perform at their best.

The role requires prior management or leadership in a fast-food setting, strong communication, and a focus on attendance, teamwork, and driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
