Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in DeSoto, Texas seeks a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive results, and coach the team to deliver warm, accurate service. You will own P&L, cost controls, food quality, safety and image standards while building a loyal customer base and mentoring staff. This role offers advancement opportunities and competitive benefits.

You will lead by example, ensure attendance and punctuality, and foster teamwork to achieve store goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience required.
