Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store efficiently, take care of customers, and support our team members.

You will own daily operations, set the tone, and model accountability. You will drive results by controlling costs, managing inventory, food safety, and image standards; recruit, develop, and retain staff; deliver Best in Class customer service; and seek opportunities to raise sales and profit.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
