Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations with a focus on customer service, team development, and profitability. You will manage daily activities, uphold food safety standards, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior management experience in quick service, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills to motivate staff and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Management experience or similar role required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost and labor.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with speed and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
