Domino's Team BAM! in Tyler, TX is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store, serve customers, and support a dedicated team. You will oversee operations, controls, inventory, and safety while modeling excellence in performance and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in fast food/quick service is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
