The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality, preferably in hotel management, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, track record in sales forecasting, and experience with IHG brands.

• Five+ years hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role.
• Proven success as an Assistant GM or GM; IHG brand experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with professional demeanor.

• Experience in group and transient sales processes and forecasting.
