Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Baker to join our busy bakery team. You will read and follow Crumbl recipes, mix, bake and decorate cookies, and provide friendly service to customers.

• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized.

Your duties may include assisting customers and answering their questions, preparing and following checklists, collaborating with co-workers and management, completing daily tasks, and complying with safety and security regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about bringing delightful experiences to all of our customers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you are physically fit and be able to work irregular hours over the week, and over weekends and public holidays.
