As a General Manager, you will play the most critical role in the business of operating a store. Essentially, you must possess a store owner mentality. We have a strong culture that fully embraces the work-hard, play-hard philosophy centered on teamwork, growth, and family focus. You will be required to direct and manage all aspects of the business, including complying with all franchise requirements, outside sales and marketing initiatives, allocating budget resources; formulating company policies; coordinating business operations; hiring, monitoring, mentoring and training staff; managing operational costs; ensuring excellent customer service; improving processes; engaging with vendors; identifying business opportunities; and monitoring financial activities.
It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people.
