Titan Machinery is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our store(s), drive profitability, and build and lead high-performing teams focused on outstanding customer service. You will manage operations, financial performance, compliance, and safety, while fostering a positive, productive work environment and delivering superior experiences.

The role requires up to 50% travel and flexibility in hours, with opportunities for growth within a trusted community partner.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high performing teams to achieve successful financial and operational results.
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees.
