CollisionRight is seeking a General Manager of Collision Repair in the United States to lead the repair operation, optimize workflow, and drive profitability. You will oversee estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff, while building strong relationships with insurers and customers.

The ideal candidate has deep collision repair management experience, proven leadership, and the ability to manage P&L, cycle time, and productivity in a fast-paced shop environment.

• 3 years of collision repair management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of estimating production flow & insurance relations.
