Job summary

Mander Collision and Glass in the greater Milwaukee area is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Manager to lead our shop operations. You will own P&L, KPIs, cycle time, and productivity while coaching a team of technicians and estimators to deliver high-quality repairs.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and building solid relationships with insurance partners and customers. We offer competitive pay with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision repair management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of estimating, production flow & insurance relations.
• Results-driven, accountable, and people-focused.
• Valid driver's license required; bachelor's degree preferred.
