Job summary

CollisionRight is hiring an Estimator in Kalamazoo, MI to be a key link between customers, technicians and insurance partners. You’ll assess damage, write accurate estimates and guide customers through the repair process with professionalism and transparency.

You will communicate timelines and costs, work with technicians to keep repairs on track, and negotiate with insurers for fair coverage. This full-time role offers growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 13 years of collision or automotive experience.
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and vehicle structure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
