CollisionRight in Michigan is seeking a collision repair management professional to lead and optimize operations on site. You will own P&L, KPIs, cycle time and productivity while guiding a team of technicians and staff toward company goals.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with insurers and customers, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance, and providing leadership for continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision repair management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of estimating, production flow and insurance relations.
• Results-driven, accountable, and people-focused.
• Valid driver's license required; bachelor's degree preferred.
