Job summary

Ladders is seeking a General Manager to lead multi-site service operations in the energy and utilities space. This role stresses safety, customer relationships and profitable growth, guiding leaders across service, installation and equipment functions while driving discipline and accountability.

Based remotely in the US, the General Manager will partner with customers and internal teams to execute the operating plan, drive performance, and deliver strong business results with focus on P&L

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of managerial experience in a service-related industry.
• 2+ years of P&L ownership experience.
• 3+ years in customer relationship development and management.
• Experience managing a P&L with minimum $10 million responsibility.
• Track record of leading a technical workforce.
• Understanding of the call-to-cash process across service functions.

• Manage business P&L and drive annual growth targets.
• Prepare and implement the annual operating plan and budgets.

This role will oversee multi-site service operations with a strong focus on safety, customer relationships, and profitable growth. The General Manager will lead leaders across service, installation, and equipment functions while driving operational discipline and accountability. This is a highly visible position that partners closely with customers and internal teams to improve performance, execute the operating plan, and deliver strong business results.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
