Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a REAL leader to build winning teams across our Georgia locations and beyond. You’ll mentor the crew, drive operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. Open 11:00 AM–10:00 PM, weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Hands-on leader who teaches, motivates, and mentors the crew.
• Owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to engage with the community through events and initiatives.
• ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee restaurant operations to meet financial targets and safety standards.
• Participate in community engagement and fundraising efforts.
• Maintain hands-on leadership across shift coverage and training.
• Ensure staff are prepared to work in multiple positions.

We are a franchise group operating 9 Five Guys locations and growing! Five Guys is a family-run burgers and fries joint providing our customers with craveable, from scratch food, and making sure they get more than they expect.

We can only do this by hiring great people like you while maintaining our focus on being REAL.

What are we looking for?:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial result
• Desire to be a hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew
• Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• A creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, fundraisers, etc.)
• ServSafe certification

• Real work/life balance. Our locations are open from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM. We are also closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Best of all - no drive-thru!
• Bonus plan in addition to base pay. Our bonus structure is focused around food safety, customer experience and financial success. We also have a minimum of 1 Secret Shop per week and everyone working on your team is eligible for payout!
