Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Henderson, NV seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a fast-paced, cook-to-order restaurant. You will hire, train, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain a sparkling-clean store.

You’ll manage inventory and financials, communicate goals to the crew, and own store performance including mystery shopper results. A positive demeanor, strong leadership, and flexibility to work nights and weekends are essential.

Our Assistant General Managers have a number of responsibilities, including:

• Hiring high quality people who demonstrate and ensure consistent guest satisfaction through perfect food, great customer service and a sparkling-clean store.
• Continuously improving the skills, knowledge, and morale of all employees within their supervision. Ensuring all employees receive the necessary training and support to perform their duties to Five Guys’ expectations.
• Treating all employees with dignity and respect and creating an environment where the entire restaurant team does the same.
• Communicating company goals, decisions, and directives to their team and following up to ensure understanding.
• Managing inventory and analyzing financial documents to maximize the financial performance and profits of the restaurant.
• Having full accountability for how the store runs under your watch, including secret shopper results.
