Job summary

Continental Hospitality is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our South Padre Island property. You will drive guest experiences, mentor department heads, and steer revenue and budget strategy in a fast-paced coastal market.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in senior hospitality leadership, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with PMS/hospitality software. A Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of General Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven track record in hotel operations, revenue management, and team leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and hospitality software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop department heads and front-line staff.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L to drive revenue and control costs.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.

Requirements
