Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in General Manager or senior hospitality leadership.
• Proven operations, revenue management, and team leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and P&L experience.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Experience with PMS and hospitality software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor department heads and front-line staff.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L to drive revenue and control costs.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations.
• Build relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reviews to improve service quality.
