Lucky Strike Entertainment in Somerville, MA seeks a General Manager to own guest experience, the team, the financials, and the culture of the center, leading from the floor to create a place people genuinely want to come back to.

You will oversee all center operations—bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events—drive daily sales, build high-performing teams, and manage P&L with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue such as entertainment, hospitality, or full-service venue.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Experience building and developing leadership teams from the ground up with visible floor presence.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The pay range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 per year.
