Job summary

Tazikis Café in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a General Manager who can lead with purpose, develop people, and drive results for a fast-growing Mediterranean-inspired brand.

You will own the store's P&L, build schedules, hire and train, and ensure food safety and quality while overseeing daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant GM or upper management experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and cost control.

• Must be 21+ and able to get Food Manager's Certification after hire.
