Job summary

Taziki’s Café in Simpsonville, SC is hiring a General Manager who leads with purpose, builds a high-performing team, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll own the store’s P&L, set schedules, hire and train staff, uphold food safety standards, manage inventory, and coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant GM or upper management.
• Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and cost control.
• Passion for hospitality, fresh food, and team culture.
• Must be 21+ and able to get Food Manager’s Certification after hire.
