Bowline Marinas LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at one of our marina and boat storage facilities. This full-time, on-site role leads staff, ensures top-tier customer service, and manages leasing, safety, and regulatory compliance.
You will monitor budgeting and revenue, drive cost controls, coordinate capital projects with ownership, and partner on marketing and asset planning to support Bowline's growth across multiple states.
Bowline Marinas owns and operates 11 marinas across Florida, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina
and North Carolina, from the Florida Keys to the Neuse River, including three inland lake properties.
Our marinas offer wet slips, dry-stack storage, boat clubs, fuel, ship stores and marine service. Our
teams deliver safe, reliable, member-first service on the water every day.
Bowline is growing fast, and we're building the team to match. We strategically acquire marinas, then
reposition them with real investment: new docks, racks, lifts and service, and a higher standard of
care for every member who comes through the gate. Our goal is to become one of the largest
owners and operators of marinas in the United States, and every new property we add brings new
places to work, new problems to solve and new room to grow.
What ties us together is a simple standard: best-in-class service, every day, at every marina. From
the dock crew launching the first boat of the morning to the managers and accounting team keeping
the business running, everyone here is rallying behind the same mission as we expand into new
territories. We're a team that pitches in, takes ownership and looks out for each other, and we want
people who are excited to help build something.
If you want to grow with a company on the move, we'd love to meet you.
