Job summary

SPENGA Greenville is seeking a capable studio manager to drive day-to-day operations, sales of memberships, and overall brand promotion. You will oversee staff, schedule, and facility maintenance while nurturing a welcoming environment for clients.

In this role, you will lead a team, train staff, sell memberships and retail, and promote SPENGA culture both inside and outside the studio. A dynamic, upbeat personality and customer-service excellence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations from lead generation, nurture, to sale of membership.
• Manage all operational aspects of the business including ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, scheduling, cleanliness.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA.
• Sell memberships and retail.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Submit accurate and timely reports.
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships.
• As a SPENGA ambassador, promote, sell, and add to SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from maintaining the books to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand. The general manager will also be the sales manager responsible for sales of memberships and building business.

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
