Job summary

SPENGA in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Sales Manager to drive studio performance through lead generation, membership sales, and a motivated team. You will oversee day-to-day sales operations, coaching staff, and fostering a dynamic, customer-focused culture.

The role emphasizes building relationships with local businesses, executing grassroots marketing, and delivering reports while promoting the SPENGA lifestyle and community events. Compensation starts with base hourly pay plus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations.
• Handle all sales aspects including lead generation, grass roots marketing, and B2B relationships.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA.
• Sell memberships and retail; retain and increase client participation.
• Submit accurate and timely reports and plan community events.
• As a SPENGA ambassador, promote SPENGA culture in/out of studio.

In-depth training is provided through our learning management system, along with hands‑on training with the management team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. Compensation: $12.00 per hour
