The position offers a competitive salary from $85,000 to $150,000 annually, with a salaried role plus bonus, and benefits including access to all Live Fit locations and wellness

Qualifications

2+ years of General Manager and Personal Training management experience.
Bachelor degree in Kinesiology, Business or Management preferred.
Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

About the Position: General Manager

We are hiring a General Manager to manage one of our Largest Wellness and Fitness Facilities in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will help build our premier location into our portfolio's most successful health club. You will manage a team that includes membership, personal training and Wellness departments.

The Manager will attract business via member referrals, cold calls, lead generation, telephone inquiries, and sales follow-up. You will work closely with team members to drive new membership, personal training, and wellness sales and supporting group X manager. You’ll ensure your team members execute sales quotas, customer services, systems, policies, development, facilities standards, and cleanliness. Mediate and solve member issues and complaints in a timely, effective manner, elevating issues when appropriate. Consistently perform all functions with the highest levels of integrity—adherence to company core values while building a positive and community-focused team.

Oversee, manage, and build a successful, results-driven team
Develop core skill sets to ensure the success of each team member and the company
Performance and growth management of each team member and department including PT, Wellness, Group X and all sales associates
Develop and execute an action plan through business strategies for each month for team members and club
Yearly budgeting
Sales Quota, meet and surpass all KPI
Manage and conduct outreach through GymSales
Manage all KPI reporting
Team member operations management. Including time and labor management
Disciplinary action with the oversight of the Director and Operations manager.
Facilities oversight and execution. Clean clubs sell memberships!
