Live Fit Gym and Wellness Club in San Francisco is seeking a Full Time Membership Advisor. The role requires energy, motivation, and goal orientation to drive sign-ups for Wellness & Fitness Plans.

Schedule includes Monday-Thursday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm, with opportunities to upsell personal training and ancillary services. Join a boutique-style fitness community offering a supportive environment, top equipment, and a focus on holistic wellness.

Responsabilités

• Meet daily sales goals and present Wellness & Fitness Plans professionally.
• Handle prospects, guest traffic, phone inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Conduct high-quality tours of the facility.
• Provide outstanding customer service and observe members to recommend services.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of Live Fit brand and services.
• Work at front desk and answer phones politely.
• Initiate selling of personal training, massage, and ancillary services at POS.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
• Follow all policies and procedures; assist in projects delegated by management.

About the Position: Full Time Membership Advisor

This Membership Advisor Sales position requires someone energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal oriented!

We are looking for a Membership advisor, Full Time Monday- Thursday 12pm-8pm, Saturday 9am-4pm

• Knows and surpasses daily sales goals, professionally and effectively presenting our Wellness & Fitness Plans.
• Handles all Prospects, guest traffic, phone inquiries, scheduling of appointments, etc.
• Conduct high quality tours of facility.
• Provide outstanding customer service. Interact and observe members, make recommendations and proactively solve problems.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of the Live Fit brand, Wellness Services and facilities.
• Work from front desk, answer phones in a courteous, helpful manner.
• Initiate the selling of personal training, massage, and all ancillary services at point of sale.
• Create friendly atmosphere for members and guests.
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional manner at all times.
• Keep work area clean, neat and organized.
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
• You must be reliable and timely for all work.

Qualifications:

• Self motivator with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong interpersonal skills, and who is courteous, respectful, and supportive of others needs towards colleagues and clients.
