Job summary

Jack's Family Restaurants, LP is seeking a General Manager to own a single store and drive all operations, sales, staffing, and guest experience. You’ll lead a team to deliver high service quality and profits while maintaining food safety, labor goals, and strong guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will hire, coach, and develop teammates, foster a positive workplace, and ensure daily performance against KPI targets with a focus on southern cuisine excellence.

Qualifications

• Energetic and warm leadership presence to motivate teams.
• Proven servant leadership approach to develop staff.
• Comfortable multitasking and working 50–55 hours weekly.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills for tough store issues.
• Solid P&L, sales forecasting, staffing and food-safety know‑how.
