Job summary

Jack’s is hiring a General Manager to own a single store and drive all aspects of the operation. You’ll lead daily to deliver great service, strong cleanliness, and top quality, while managing sales, staffing, and profitability.

You’ll hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team and create a warm, energetic workplace that reflects our southern hospitality. Expect 50–55 hour weeks, accountability for P&L, and ongoing growth opportunities as we promote from within.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced food service setting.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales and service goals.
