Job summary

Jack's in Bolivar, TN is seeking a General Manager who will own a single Jack’s store and drive sales, staffing, training, and operations. You’ll lead a team to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards, while delivering friendly guest service and achieving daily goals.

You’ll manage a million-dollar business with energy and high standards, hire and mentor staff, and help prepare delicious southern foods. A positive, supportive work environment is emphasized with promotion from within.

As a General Manager, you’ll have ownership of a single Jack’s store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more! Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
• Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
• Manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team
