Job summary

Jack's in Alabama is seeking a General Manager responsible for a single store, overseeing sales, profitability, staffing, training, and operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will lead a team to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards, hire and coach talent, drive daily sales and labor targets, and foster a respectful, energetic work environment while growing from within.

Qualifications

As a General Manager, you’ll have ownership of a single Jack’s store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more! Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals

• Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods (did someone say chicken?)
