Job summary

Jobtailor in Port Reading, NJ is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results for a designated operation. You will manage manpower, recruiting, retention, and development of people to drive client satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities include ensuring site procedures and safety, and leading teams to meet company and client objectives while maintaining strong client relationships. Strong MS Office and WMS knowledge preferred.
