Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a General Manager of Operations to guide strategic direction, oversee compliance, and drive financial results for a designated operation in the Hazle Township area. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, manage vendor and customer interfaces, and shape marketing plans to grow new business while aligning with corporate values.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in logistics/distribution/supply chain operations management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated proficiency in knowledge of applicable WMS systems.
• English (reading, writing, verbal) proficiency in business communication at all levels.
