Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Plano, TX. You will drive results, manage cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, and safety while guiding a team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, maintaining P&L discipline, and increasing sales and profitability through strong leadership and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
