Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a hands-on General Manager for a fast-paced, guest-focused operation in the Philadelphia area. You will lead daily restaurant activities, develop high-performing teams, and drive financial performance through effective P&L management and cost controls.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in a GM role in fast casual settings, ServSafe certification, and a proven track record of elevating service standards while sustaining a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of General Manager experience in a fast casual or casual dining setting.
• Knowledge of P&L management, food and labor costs, inventory control, and scheduling.
• Current ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop teams while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with consistent food quality and guest experiences.
• Lead, develop, and retain team members through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive financial results through P&L oversight, labor management, inventory control, and cost optimization.

Requirements & Qualifications
