Job summary

Jobtailor in Orlando is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor relationships across properties. You will ensure adherence to Blue Gems standards and SOPs while driving cross-department flow and team development.

You will manage market-level P&L, review budgets, monitor KPIs, and support growth through onboarding and market expansion. Excellent communication and multi-team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rental operations.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong operational leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience reviewing budgets and understanding P&L performance.
• Proficiency with property management software (Guesty, Hostaway, Track, etc.).
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
