Hawaiian Bros Inc. is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead restaurant operations in Illinois. This role focuses on driving guest experiences, optimizing operations, and delivering results with a positive Aloha Spirit.

You’ll motivate the team, manage performance, and oversee local marketing efforts while upholding safety and quality standards. The GM will guide the crew, collaborate with Field Support, and prioritize consistent service, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
