Blue Springs Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and AGM in running shifts, ensuring a positive guest and team experience. You’ll help with sales and profit goals by applying our values, managing scheduling, labor, and inventory, and handling occasional employee concerns.

Share leadership with the team, coach crew, Leads and Trainers, recruit locally, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
