Job summary

Hickory Tavern is seeking a driven General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining strong financial performance.

You will hire, train, mentor, and manage staff while upholding company policies and compliance. The role requires hands-on leadership from FOH to BOH with flexibility for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience (casual or fine dining).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with POS systems, restaurant software, and Excel (preferred).
• Understanding of P&L and key restaurant metrics.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
