CUT by Wolfgang Puck New York is seeking a General Manager to lead the strategic and operational performance of the New York flagship. You will drive world-class hospitality, mentor leaders, and ensure every guest experience reflects the Wolfgang Puck standard in a luxury dining setting.

The role oversees service standards, financial results, and daily operations, partnering with culinary leaders to maximize revenue while maintaining a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven success leading a sophisticated dining operation with strong financial performance.
• Exceptional knowledge of food, beverage, service standards, and hospitality operations.

The General Manager is the strategic and operational leader of CUT by Wolfgang Puck New York, responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering world-class hospitality, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the elevated standards and culinary excellence associated with the Wolfgang Puck name.

This role oversees all aspects of restaurant performance, including service standards, financial results, team development, guest relationships, and daily operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for luxury dining, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
