Job summary

Premier Family & Children's Entertainment Venue in New York City seeks a General Manager to lead all daily operations of a 40,000-square-foot family entertainment facility. You will create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children and families while driving revenue and delivering mission-driven programs.

The role requires hands-on leadership with nonprofit or family-focused experience, managing 20+ staff across multiple departments and partnering with schools and community

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in nonprofit, children's services, family entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience working directly with children and family-focused programs required.
• Nonprofit experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees.
• Understanding of budgets, labor management, P&L and KPIs.

We are seeking a General Manager to lead one of Manhattan's most exciting family-focused destinations - a large-scale, 40,000-square-foot indoor facility built around fun, creativity, inclusion, and memorable experiences for children and families.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, children's services, family entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or a related field
• Experience working directly with children and family-focused programs required
• Nonprofit experience strongly required
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
• Strong understanding of community partnerships and mission-driven operations
• Ability to balance guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance
• Understanding of budgets, labor management, P&L, and KPIs
• Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and inspire teams
• Passion for creating an inclusive environment where children and families thrive
