Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or operations leadership.
• Union management experience is highly desired.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead across all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in product management.
• Proven track record running a food or beverage distribution center preferred.
